Hypersensitivity pneumonia (HP); is an important occupational respiratory disease that can develop due to occupational exposures and be progressive as long as the exposure continues. The etiology also includes many occupational agents. HP prevalence varies according to different occupational population, country, region, climatic conditions and personal characteristics. In a case of suspected HP, it is important to question detailed occupational history and exposures in addition to other medical history information. This is important for the proper management of the diagnostic process and prevention of exposure in early period
